The DAG (Gifted and Disabled) group coaching program focuses on:
Neurodivergence Understanding: Deepen knowledge of neurodiversity, embrace unique neurodivergent identities, and respond effectively to ableism.
Social Engagement and Community Building: Enhance engagement with similar peers, develop relationship-building strategies respecting neurodivergence, and encourage authentic self-expression.
Resilience and Navigating Challenges: Equip with strategies to overcome neuroaccessibility barriers, honour individuality, and transition from surviving to thriving.
Productivity and Wellness Management: Develop skills for managing daily life, work, and stress, effectively handling energy levels, and preventing burnout.
Self-Advocacy Enhancement: Improve skills for accessing rights and needs in various settings, communicate effectively for self-advocacy, and navigate systems for better support.
